Satan, (Standard Hebrew Satan'el), is a term that originates from the Abrahamic faiths, being traditionally applied to an angel in Judeo-Christian belief, and to a jinn in Islamic belief.
While Hebrew ha-Satan is "the accuser" and Satan itself means "to overcome" — the one who challenged the religious faith of humans in the books of Job and Zechariah — Abrahamic religious belief systems other than Judaism relate this term to a demon, a rebellious fallen angel, devil, minor god and idol, or as an allegory for knowledge or the enlightenment of mankind.
Satan has many appearances, depending on the source. Satan is often depicted with horns protruding from his head. This is derived from the Pagan celebrations in which participants would often don antlers. As Christians believed Pagans to be unholy, they are believed to have used the Pagan depiction of the Horned God to form their portrayal of Satan.
Many people connect the term Satan with the more goat-like appearance of the devil, with cloven hooves, goat legs, and horns. This image of Satan may be related to the notion of the Satyr, a half-man/half-goat in Greek Mythology, but evidence for this connection is lacking. The name Satan can be used to describe all forms of the devil. For example, people may believe that Satan is invisible, that he resembles the Minotaur, that he is a small devilish spirit, or that he looks like a man. The human-like form is the one most commonly known as Mephistopheles. In many descriptions, he looks like a dark angel. He is typically depicted with horns, a pointed tail, bat-like wings, and a staff or trident.
In the biblical Book of Revelation, he is symbolized as a dragon and that ancient serpent called the devil. He is also portrayed as having a deceptive appearance as well in 2 Corinthians 11:14b "for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light."

Who were the Nephilim? The heart of the matter lies in the ancient accounts of the Nephilim and their offspring--who and what they really were, what they did, where they are now, what their agenda is, and so on.
Conclusions about the nature of the Nephilim, as borne out by quotes from the book of Enoch, as well as the Books of Jude and Revelation, present a remarkable picture, as do the actual mentions in the original Old Testament of the Nephilim, Anakim (Anunna/Anunnaki), Rephaim, and Rapha--along with others descended from Nephilim forbears. In fact, the traditional Hebrew view is that the "rapha," meaning, interchangeably, "irrevocably dead," "evil spirits," "demons," and GIANTS, are the spirits of the half-angelic Nephilim offspring that were killed in the great cataclysm we remember as the Flood. This is not a tall tale, but a truth of which Christ and his disciples were aware. This is why they quoted from the book of Enoch.

The story can also be found in the books of Jasher, Jubilees, and the recently-found Dead Sea Scroll, the Book of Giants. Angels have bodies. They can take a variety of forms, as well ("for Satan can appear even as an angel of light," etc.). There were two angelic rebellions, the first being the Luciferian rebellion that most are familiar with; this is the source of what Paul calls, in the sixth chapter of Ephesians, "Spirit wickedness in high places." This is why Jesus calls Satan "the prince of the powers of the air."
UFO researchers, take notice. The second rebellion came much, much later, and is well known in Hebrew esoteric tradition. In fact, much of this knowledge is still intact in the Hebrew tradition. Many books which were originally in the Bible--the books of Enoch, Jasher, Jubilees, and so on--contain the whole story of the fallen angels who rebelled in order to mate with human women. These beings were called the NEPHILIM, literally "those who came/fell down."
A recent dead-sea scroll find and translation, "the Book of Giants," also contains this story in great detail. Before you question the validity of the non-canonical books I mention, keep in mind that not only were they part of the original Old Testament, but many of them--particularly Enoch--were quoted from by the Apostles in the New Testament. Quotes from the book of Enoch can found in the books of Jude, Revelation, and several other places. The book of Enoch pre-dated the time of Christ by around 300 years. In the Old Testament, Genesis tells us that "the sons of God looked upon the daughters of men and found them fair, and took of them wives as they chose." The result of these unholy, unsanctioned unions were "the mighty men of old, the men of renown." The actual translation of this passage reads something like this: "The nephilim came and took human wives for themselves, as many as they wanted. Their children were the nephilim of old, the giants."
The books of Jasher, Jubilees, Enoch, and others contain the complete story of what happened in the antediluvian (pre-flood) world. The Nephilim angels set themselves up as pagan "gods" to be worshipped, and their hybrid, genetically monstrous sons as "demigod" kings over the rest of humanity. These offspring were also called nephilim, and they were brutal, cruel, occultic and cannibalistic giants who treated ordinary human beings with contempt. There were 300 original "Watchers" above the Earth, who rebelled and became the Nephilim. Their leader was named Semyaza. Through corrupt angelic knowledge, the pre-flood world was corrupted.
The book of Enoch says that the Nephilim and their children "sinned against all flesh," creating HYBRID creatures which were part human, part beast, part fowl (or bird). Sound familiar? The 300 fallen "watchers," whose original job had been to PROTECT humanity and the Earth, were utterly depraved. They taught mankind the arts of witchcraft, sorcery, drug abuse, and war. The gene-pool of the human race was tainted as well, almost beyond recovery. When you read the story of Noah and his family, it should be understood that he was not only selected to survive because of the quality of his character; Genesis states that, unlike the majority of the rest of humanity, Noah was "found perfect in all his generations." In other words, he and his family were UNTAINTED by the fallen angelic bloodline, which God had cursed to eternal damnation (in the Hebrew Old Testament, the word "rapha" means "the damned," the "eternally dead," "demon," "ghost," and GIANT, i.e., the spirit of one of the offspring of the Nephilim.

The union of these beasts with humans produced children that were different in many ways. The first apparent difference was that they developed giantism. They were giants or Nephilim. Og, the King of Bashan, had a bed that was 13 to 15 feet long; and Goliath was 6 cubits tall (9 feet). The second aberration was that they had six fingers and six toes.
The aberrant genetic defects of the Nephilim were unfortunately cloned into the DNA of mankind. These dormant genetic tendencies still surface today at times in different people; however, most of the noticeable DNA defects have been perfected over the centuries to where hybrids can easily be born into a society that never suspects them of being other than completely human. The Watchers are a guardian class of angels that were assigned to watch over the earth and protect mankind from just this sort of thing happening. The offspring giants never went out of existence; they just went "underground" to return later, which is now, during these last days.
According to the Bible, the Book of Enoch, Jubilees, Jasher, and Testimony of the Twelve Patriarchs, they rebelled against God and attempted to enslave the whole world and provoke God. According to the Book of Jasher, they not only tweaked with the D.N.A. of mankind but also with the animals. They may have produced such beasts as the Pegasus, Minotaur, the unicorn, and the dinosaurs.
In the past, scholars speculated that one day it would be hybridization which would create the antichrist and that these fallen angel-Aliens would develop and produce a creature that is fully fallen angel and fully man. A bastard angelic incarnation.
The antichrist will be Satan's seed--a Nephilim. See Genesis 3:15, Genesis 6:4, and Revelation 13. This will probably include cloning and a hybrid or of the serpent seed illuminati-bloodline.
All along, the abductions of humans breeding experiments was to perfect the ultimate breed, half man, half alien to produce Satan incarnate in man. And they have it now, and they have Mabus waiting for his cue to descend to earth.
There are those who believed all the giant offspring and offspring of the fallen angels were destroyed during the flood. Not true. The Philistines were hybrids, giants i.e. Goliath. As were most of the races that Joshua and Israel had to conquer once Israel was freed from Egypt.
The Bible states that in the end times it will be just like the days of Noah. (Matthew 24:37-38, Luke 17:26) Also we believe that in Genesis 6:2 that the sons of God were fallen angels. We believe this from Job 1:6, II Peter 2:4-5, Jude 1:6 (Very important verse, "did not keep their own domain"), I Peter 3:18-20 and Revelation 9:1-12.
In the days of Noah, the fallen angels were mixing/breeding with the daughters of men (such as what the greys are doing now to humans, read about the Dulce Base). We have many hybrids in our midst, most notably the rise of "star" children who have "special" skills and talents highlighted in the movie X2 Men, released in 2003.
The mixing of genes which started with Cain's daughters, the women of Cainan, created a DNA defect called giantism. Their children were giants. Some were 30 feet tall. Demons are the spirits of the dead Nephilim (I'll just refer to Nephilim as a collective term to include all the races of the Annunaki offspring). Jedi, refers to all of the fallen angels who have ever rebelled against the Lord and were cast out of heaven. A collective term for Lucifer, his forces, and the Watchers-Annunaki.

Is There A Difference Between Fallen Angels and Demons?

Yes there is. Most know demons as disembodied spirits and mistakenly put them in the same group as fallen angels (angels who rebelled against God and were kicked out of heaven). However they are not the same. Demons (evil spirits) are the disembodied spirits of the Nephilim/Raphaim/Anunnaki AKA hybrids of the fallen angels mixed with the seed of men. While fallen angels have their own bodies and do not "die" as hybrids do/can.
Why did the church suppress the Book of Enoch? After all, there are various references to Enoch throughout the Old and New Testament, in fact, Enoch never died but was carried up to heaven in a Chariot and will return as one of the two witnesses of Revelation 11 during the tribulation period.
In the Books of Enoch he discusses fallen angels and demons.
Enoch 15:8, Now the giants, who have been born of the spirit and the
flesh, shall be called upon the earth evil spirits, and on the earth
shall be their habitation. Evil spirits shall proceed from their
flesh, because they were created from above; from the holy watchers was their beginning and primary foundation. Evil spirits shall they be upon earth, and the spirits of the wicked shall they be called. The habitation of the spirits of heaven shall be in heaven; but upon earth shall be the habitation of terrestrial spirits, who are born on earth.
ENOCH 15:9, The spirits of the giants shall be like clouds, which
shall oppress, corrupt, fall, contend, and bruise upon earth.
Enoch 15:10, They shall cause lamentation. No food shall they eat;
and they shall be thrisy; they shall be concealed, and shall not
rise up against the sons of men, and against women; for they come
forth during the days of slaughter and destruction.

They are half breeds, angelic hybrids, the Titans.

They were violent and according to 2 Peter verse 2 these are the days that the angels fell and were judged. According to Jude 6 these are the days that the angels fell and some were chained in Tartarus.
